Not Your Average Bike Class

This is not your average bike class. Your skills on a bike will improve and your mental state will be explored. We often hold ourselves back from what we really want...better relationships, better finances, better home, better job​, better mood, better thoughts​, etc. This class will help you see your shit and push beyond to more confidence, patience, understanding, and compassion.

Don’t think you have any shit to work on? Thank you for reading thus far, please do not sign up for my class. I am looking to work with those ready to be vulnerable.

This class meets once a week to practice breath work, gain an understanding of the nervous system, and learn about mindful living. We use the bike and the trails as tools for personal growth.

*This class is catered towards intermediate riders.
