The Power of Breath Series

This class will teach you how to breathe. You will learn different breathing techniques to practice on your own, and there will be discussion on the power of your breath.

Even though breathing is natural to us, we have lost touch with efficient flow of oxygen to our body because of daily stress, worries, and concerns. Practice with the breath will enrich sleep, intuition, creativity; and lead to calmer, more controlled reactions.

When you learn to breathe fully, your body expands from the inside...creating space for release, and fully oxygenating cells for healthy regrowth. If you deal with physical discomfort, insomnia, anxiety, lack of inspiration, scattered thought, short temper, or anything else that might cause struggle, tension, and stress...proper breathing will give you relief.

This class will evolve with encouragement for participants to commit to all four, but drop-ins are welcome.

Suggested donation of $20 per drop-in, or $40 for all 4 classes.

*blankets, bolsters, and chairs are provided for seating comfort.
